EXCLUSIVE FOR PARTNERS
MARKETING TOOLKIT
Resources to promote the Career Training platforms and engage more doctoral students and postdocs.

Event promotions
The number one way students learn about the platforms is by attending one of our events. We encourage partners to regularly share information about upcoming webinars with graduate students and postdocs throughout the academic year. Boost engagement by asking directors of graduate studies to share an event to students in their departments.

✓ Email template for "relaunching" platforms during orientation (to students)
Note: If your institution subscribes to both the Master’s and PhD Career Training Platforms, we recommend sending separate emails to your master’s and doctoral students/postdocs using the separate platform emails.
The “Joint” template is for partners who subscribe to both platforms and may not be able to segment their emails and student populations. The goal of these emails is to reintroduce new and returning students to the platforms and encourage them to register for an August event.

Faculty engagement
Students often look to their programs and advisors for information about career support before seeking out other on-campus resources. Sharing information with graduate programs helps faculty become familiar with our resources, so they can direct their mentees and students to job search support when they need it.
✓ Faculty Resource Pages
In January 2026, we launched new resources for faculty and departments who want to use our Career Training Platforms to support their students. These faculty resources will help the graduate school continue to scale career support by engaging faculty mentors and departments.
✓ Email templates - sharing with faculty
Share information with faculty by using the email templates below to keep faculty informed about the platform and ongoing events.
